Gallin Associates offers client companies the option of Retained Search or Contingency Search. With either Search service, clients will benefit from our diligent candidate screening and selection process.
We perform extensive research to identify prospective candidates, both active and passive, throughout the appropriate marketplace. By recruiting and screening selected individuals, we discover the highest quality available candidates. Typically multiple candidates are presented to the client for consideration. We act as a consultant to both the client and the selected candidate to facilitate a successful hire. We stay on the search until the position is filled. Our fee is based on the first year compensation requiring an advance retainer that is applicable to the final fee.
We match your job specifications against the backgrounds of individuals whose resumes we have on file or who are available through our network of recruiters. Candidates are thoroughly screened and those matching the position specifications are referred to the client. We act as a consultant to the client and the selected candidate to facilitate a successful hire. This service does not include sourcing passive candidates. Our contingency fee is based on the first year compensation, paid only if you hire our candidate.
