Accounting Manager

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure accurate financial transactions
Oversee accounts payable, expense management, and reconciliations

Ensure financial compliance and work with external firms on tax strategies
Deliver financial reporting & analysis to support leadership decisions
Manage budgeting & forecasting, collaborating across departments
Improve internal controls and financial processes for scalability

Requirements:
✔ 5-10 years of accounting experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance✔ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Ceridian for Payroll✔ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis✔ Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office)✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
✅ CPA designation or equivalent✅ Experience in a startup or high-growth environment✅ Knowledge of government incentives and financial regulations
