CNC Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Optimization: Design, configure, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential process risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
Quality & Standards Compliance: Monitor processes to ensure adherence to applicable industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Customer & Vendor Interaction: Collaborate daily with customers and suppliers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure process alignment.
Regulatory Compliance: Review and integrate Regulatory & Statutory requirements, ensuring proper documentation flow-down through Job Travelers and other production controls.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in CNC process engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering.
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and process optimization.
Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or other industry-specific standards.
Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
