Corporate Associate

Am Law 150 firm seeking a corporate associate for its office located in Boston, MA. Candidate must have 2 – 5 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice, including experience with transactional work. MA Bar Admission required. Strong academic record required.
