We’re looking for an Executive Director to take the helm of a high-growth healthcare program, leading with vision, strategy, and impact. In this CEO-level role, you’ll drive financial success, operational excellence, and program expansion—all while ensuring exceptional care for vulnerable seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive leadership excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while fostering growth and innovation. Lead a high-performing team, oversee P&L and operations, expand participant enrollment, build key stakeholder relationships, and leverage data-driven strategies to enhance patient care and program success.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or bachelor’s with added experience) in healthcare or a related field. 5+ years leading healthcare programs, with a focus on value-based care. 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in senior care. Proven success managing $20M+ P&Ls, optimizing revenue and costs. Strong leadership development skills and expertise in data-driven operational and patient care improvements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $180,000 – $230,000
