Note: This position requires employees to be on-site at the Philadelphia office. WFH days may be earned over time.
Note: Must have relevant defense litigation experience.

Job Description:

Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side
Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
Provide courtroom representation, managing trials and hearings
Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and case strategy

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
Strong litigation skills with recent experience
Defense-side focus is required
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus)
