No remote as this is a Monday through Friday onsite position

The successful candidate will be focused on new product development so there will never be a dull day. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
Developing new products
Solving complex electrical engineering / electronic engineering related problems
Analyzing and designing circuits
Creating the PCB design
Developing embedded software
Overseeing projects
Assisting and supporting sales, marketing and customers
Training
Traveling up to 10%, mostly out of state
Prototyping
Field testing
Lab testing
Documenting
Communicating verbally and in writing
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
A 4-year electrical engineering or related degree
7+ years of power electronics design experience
1+ years of embedded design experience
Exceptional communication skills
