Maintenance Manager

Do you have a passion for maintaining injection molding equipment? Do you thrive  in a fast pace  environment?   If you  can answer “yes” to these questions, this is the opportunity for you!  Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead a team of up to 10-12 maintenance techs in a 3 shift injection molding and paint operation for the heacy truck industry.   
 
As Maintenance Manager you will:

Establish departmental goals to support production, program launches, and strategic initiatives
Lead the Maintenance team to achieve KPI targets
Maintain the manufacturing assets of the plant
Provide training and continuous improvement development of the Maintenance team
Drive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
Develop and maintain associate safety standards
Support ISO14000 and IATF standards

 
Your strengths to be successful should include:

Associates degree or a Journeyman Card preferred 
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Injection molding experience required
Experience with automated paint lines a plus
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
PLC controls experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
