Job Description

Position: Mid-Senior Level Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid role)
Focus: California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases

Responsibilities

Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
Draft and argue motions
Take and defend depositions
Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

3+ years of employment litigation experience
Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
Admitted to practice law in California
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
