MID-SENIOR PRIVACY LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated mid-level Associate Attorney to join their Privacy Litigation team in Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City, or Los Angeles. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge privacy litigation matters and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment. 
 
Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

3+ years of substantive litigation experience.

Privacy litigation experience preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
Knowledge of federal, state, and international privacy laws provides a strong advantage.
Prior law firm or judicial clerkship experience preferred.
Superb research, writing, and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex privacy litigation cases, managing a wide range of issues related to privacy laws and data protection.

Navigate complex legal subject matters efficiently, providing clients with strategic guidance.
Collaborate with attorneys across the national practice, contributing to high-stakes litigation strategies.
Engage in all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation and resolution.
