Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team as a Senior Test Engineer. In this role, you would be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing test strategies for exotic materials.       Senior Test Engineer 
            Salary : $95,000 – $ 115,000.00 + Generous -Stock program
 
This Position is Critical to widen gap from other companies and help company blossom ; grow exponentially .Key duties-Create, build & improve test methodologies and systems to test detectors, applications specific integrated circuits (ASIC’s) and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA’s) used in manufacturing.- Design, build and maintain electrical and/or mechanical test fixtures.- Develop tools and processes to automate testing.- Develop procedures and training operators on test equipment.- Develop hardware test diagnostics for PCBA’s with exotic materials .- Implement, verify, and ensure compliance of the test and measurement equipment.- Develop the materials necessary for training of operators to perform tests per documented processes- Documentation and reporting of test set up, test plans, and test results.- Coach, develop, train, and mentor less experienced test engineers.Experience and Education- B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering- Minium of 8 years’ experience in a test engineering role
 
Ceramics , Semi-conductor experience is a plusSkills and abilities- Experience improving and enhancing existing PCBA’s- Experience using data-based tools for decision making and communications.- Willing to lead the product improvement initiatives from a team perspective.- Strong analytical, technical, and methodical problem-solving background- Experience and comfort using methodical problem-solving approaches.- Good interpersonal skills: ability to influence attitudes and foster change.- Self-starting and driven agent of change.- Comfortable working in an ISO 9001 environment.- Experience mentoring less experienced test engineers.- Experience with small electronics components helpful.- Ability to work with Cross functional teams – Ops, R&D, Engr. Mgmt..
