Responsibilities

Set up and operate machines to manufacture metal components for various industries
Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain smooth production and quality standards
Work closely with team members to meet production goals while ensuring safety protocols are followed
Perform hands-on tasks that require physical effort, including lifting materials and adjusting machine parts

Requirements

Must have experience working in a metal fabrication environment; prefer roll forming, metal forming, stamping or relate industries
Ability to read blueprints, interpret machine specifications and perform basic math with a ruler
Problem-solving mindset
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with operators and supervisors
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and adjusting machine components
